Wok & Roll on Main: a Kai Bistro pop-up event

Kai Bistro is a new restaurant opening up on Main Street in 2023. For MAINx24 we will be doing a pop-up lunch special at our future location 625 E. Main St. We will be serving some various menu items like Mini Bao Buns and noodles. Check out our Instagram for further menu details!

Kai Bistro will be the first Asian American restaurant in the Chattanooga area that will serve a diverse menu ranging from Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, and Hawaiian cuisine. Our fusion cooking techniques will combine traditional flavors with more contemporary ingredients creating a new and more approachable menu. Many authentic Asian dishes might be too curious to try and some unfamiliar tastes maybe harder to accept. Our dishes will bridge the gap between culinary worlds and introduces a new approach to many favorite Asian foods.
