The Mutt Strut is a dog- and family-friendly event for all two- and four-legged participants. Get started with a fun 3/4 mile walk at 10:00 AM with Grand Marshall Santa Paws. The walk beg ins at the Chew Chew Dog Park and continues down Main Street towards Battle Academy, where all participants will gather to walk in the Mainx24 Christmas Parade. A $10 per dog donation will go to the Humane Educational Society. Owners and canines will receive a goody bag with a limited edition t-shirt for each attendee and holiday bandana for each dog, while supplies last. Other highlights include music, contests and prizes, complimentary food and drinks, dog grooming, human and canine merchandise sales and Humane Educational Society rescue dogs available for adoption.  Also, be on the lookout for the “Choco Cart” around Main Street to help you warm your hands and hearts with hot chocolate for a $1.00 donation to HES.
